Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Petrasek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, David Petrasek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, John Collins!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Petrasek scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Collins tries to escape but Petrasek is in control.
Petrasek tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Collins tries to buck Petrasek off but Petrasek is having none of it.
Collins is still trying to improve position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Petrasek tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Collins is pushing Petrasek's head away, looking to escape. Petrasek manages to hold on to the position though.

Petrasek decides to stand back up. Petrasek steps back and let's Collins get back to his feet.

Collins has Petrasek pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Collins pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Petrasek tumbling to the mat - Collins dives into Petrasek's guard.

Petrasek tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Collins is fighting to break Petrasek's control of his arms but Petrasek is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Petrasek is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Collins is aware though and is defending well.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Petrasek looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by John Collins.

Collins shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Petrasek manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Collins got a little sloppy there for a moment and Petrasek has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Collins has managed to get both his arms back between Petrasek's legs - danger averted.

Petrasek is looking for a triangle but Collins pushes his legs off easily.

Collins thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Petrasek wants to improve his position but Collins is controlling well.
Petrasek knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Collins on the ground.

Collins is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Petrasek is just riding it out for now. Collins eventually gives up the hold.

Petrasek is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Collins wants to lay and pray for a moment but Petrasek keeps working.
Petrasek is in trouble now - Collins has advanced to mount!

Petrasek keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
David Petrasek overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Collins trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Collins misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

John Collins showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Petrasek escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Collins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. John Collins wasn't active enough on the ground.

Collins darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

John Collins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Collins has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
