The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wilk shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Ramos is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Wilk is controlling him.
Wilk content to stall in guard here.
Wilk prevents Ramos from getting back to his feet.
Wilk engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Arkadiusz Wilk.
Wilk shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Ramos lands a nice shot that snaps Wilk's head back.

It looks like Arkadiusz Wilk has been cut.
Ramos throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Wilk closes the distance looking to clinch

and Ramos counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wilk is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Wilk uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Ramos works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Wilk misses with a jab, cross combination.
Wilk tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ramos swivels and escapes.
Wilk misses with a takedown attempt - Ramos sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Carlos Ramos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Arkadiusz Wilk.

Wilk shoots in for a takedown but Ramos shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ramos lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Wilk ducks straight into an uppercut from Ramos and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Wilk manages to regain guard straight away.

Wilk is working an open guard so Ramos takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Wilk or perhaps it was just good defense by Ramos which made him look bad.
Wilk has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Wilk there as he acknowledges the shot.

That has opened up Arkadiusz Wilk's cut even more.
Ramos connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Ramos lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Wilk can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Ramos and Wilk drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Ramos.
