Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gary Dunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Funky Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Kavanagh and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar tries to close the distance and clinch but Dunn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Funky Lesnar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lesnar throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dunn was covering up waiting for the punch and Lesnar finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Dunn trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Dunn wants to stand but Lesnar is controlling the position.
Dunn trying to keep a closed guard but Lesnar is proving a slippery customer.
Lesnar engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Dunn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Funky Lesnar wasn't active enough on the ground.

Dunn gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Dunn working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Lesnar has passed into half guard!

Dunn is staying active underneath Lesnar, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Lesnar is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Dunn wants to improve his position but Lesnar is controlling well.
Lesnar keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Lesnar is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dunn is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Dunn tries to buck Lesnar off but Lesnar takes his back!
Lesnar wants to control but Dunn is keeping busy.

Lesnar is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Dunn has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Lesnar has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Dunn taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Lesnar doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Funky Lesnar!
