Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Michael Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Belcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes to the cage accompanied by Serial Killa. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Michael Hall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bob Belcher!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belcher swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Belcher looks to throw a body kick
and Belcher takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Belcher swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hall misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Belcher.
Hall cracks a nice hook into Belcher's ribs.
Hall fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Hall bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Belcher closes the distance and clinches up with Hall, looking for a takedown. Belcher pushes Hall against the cage but Hall circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hall cracks Belcher with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hall slips a straight right by Belcher.
Hall connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Belcher tries for a takedown but Hall sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Belcher moves into range and clinches up with Hall.
Hall lands with a left to the head.
Hall with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Belcher goes for a takedown in the clinch but Hall prevents it.
Michael Hall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bob Belcher.
Hall lands a shot to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hall lands a right hand that snaps the head of Belcher backwards.

Hall breaks from the clinch.
Belcher takes one on the button.
Belcher looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Belcher takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Hall lands with a nice body punch.
Belcher misses with a takedown attempt - Hall sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Belcher looks winded!

Hall has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hall tries to land a knee to the head but Belcher blocks with his arms.
Belcher tries to circle away but Hall has him pinned against the cage.
Hall misses with a hook from the clinch.

Hall breaks from the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hall works over Belcher's head and body with a nice combination.


It looks like Bob Belcher has been cut.
Hall throws a quick inside leg kick.
Belcher misses with a kick to the body
enabling Hall to counter with a crisp jab.

Hall fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Belcher looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Belcher clinches up against the cage.
Hall throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Belchers head.
Hall keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Belcher's efforts to push away.
Hall creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Belcher jumps guard but Hall stands there with Belcher around his waist. Belcher gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hall tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Hall tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Belcher avoids it.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Hall.
Belcher is trying to pull guard but Hall has him pressed against the cage.
Belcher has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Belcher breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Belcher shoots in looking for a takedown but Hall manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Belcher's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Hall keeps Belcher at a distance using the push kick.

Hall connects with an inside leg kick.
Hall ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Belcher tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hall defends well and Belcher ends up having to push Hall into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Hall lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Hall is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Belcher is defending well for now.
Hall tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Hall.
Hall lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Hall lands a hook that snaps the head of Belcher backwards.

Hall darts in and clinches Belcher up against the cage.
Belcher tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hall smiles and moves away.

Hall controlling the action here for a moment.
Hall throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Belcher blocks it with crossed arms.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Hall.
Hall missing with knees to the body.
Belcher is trying desperately to land a takedown but Hall is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Belcher.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hall creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Belcher.
Hall makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Hall swings wildly with an uppercut but Belcher uses good head movement to avoid it.
Belcher wants to take the fight to the mat but Hall manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hall throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hall misses with a knee strike.

Hall's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Bob Belcher's cut.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


A looping hook to the body misses from Belcher. Hall does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hall is looking to wear down Belcher with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Hall fakes the leg kick and cracks Belcher in the body.

Hall throws a left that rocks Belcher and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Hall dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Belcher regain composure!

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Hall decides to stand back up. Hall steps back and let's Belcher get back to his feet.

A punch combination from Belcher misses.
Belcher takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Belcher is breathing heavily.
Belcher misses with the combination.
Belcher on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Hall ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Belcher goes for a double leg but Hall avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hall continues to drive forward.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hall breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Michael Hall is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Belcher fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Belcher gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Hall tries for a takedown but Belcher manages to get underhooks.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hall creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Hall lands with a short shot to the head.
Belcher has thrown a lot of knees so far in this fight and we're lead to believe that's something he's been working on the gym prior to this fight.

Hall manages to break the clinch.
Hall flashes Belcher a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Belcher's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Belcher crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Hall punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Michael Hall!
Michael Hall seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
