Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Glover Quin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vlad Dracol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quin looks to land a combination but Dracol avoids it well.
Dracol fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Dracol avoids a punch combination nicely.
Quin lands a jab to the head.
Dracol changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Quin tries to avoid it but Dracol manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Quin to the ground. Quin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Dracol dives in and grabs Quin's left leg, looking for a takedown. Quin pushes down on Dracol's head and hops out.

Quin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Quin digs a good body shot into Dracol's ribs.
Quin tries to bum rush Dracol with a series of wild strikes but Dracol uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dracol closes this distance looking for a takedown but Quin circles away.

Dracol dives in for a single leg takedown but Quin sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Quin lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Dracol tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Quin smiles and moves away.
Quin scores with a punch to the head.
Dracol slips under a jab.
Quin connects with the punch.

Quin clinches up with Dracol and pushes him back against the cage.
Quin lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Dracol backwards.

Dracol is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Dracol breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dracol tries to clinch there but Quin circles away.
Quin misses with a straight right.
A left lands for Quin.

Quin lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Quin scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Quin tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dracol looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Quin throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Quin lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Dracol backs up against the cage.
No joy there for Dracol, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dracol shoots in looking for a takedown. Quin tries to sprawl out of it but Dracol keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Quin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Quin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Quin shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Dracol eats them both and turns towards Quin to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Quin tries a head kick but it misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Dracol tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Quin manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A punch lands to the side of Dracol 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Dracol shoots in but Quin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dracol lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Quin circles away quickly and effectively.
Dracol wants to clinch up but Quin keeps it at a distance.
Dracol tries for a takedown but Quin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Quin misses with a wild body shot.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Quin, right into the meat.
Dracol goes for a double leg but Quin avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Quin continues to drive forward.
Glover Quin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vlad Dracol.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Quin takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

A frustrated look appears on Dracol's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Quin throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dracols head.
Dracol goes for a takedown attempt but Quin pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

A looping hook to the body misses from Quin. Dracol does a little dance to reset his feet.
Quin keeps Dracol at a distance using the push kick.
Quin bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dracol's head backwards.
Glover Quin is winning the standup battle so far.
Quin misses with a wild combination.
Dracol uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Quin.

Quin tests Dracol's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Quin looks to land a body kick but Dracol moved away.
Dracol changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Quin tries to avoid it but Dracol manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Quin to the ground. Quin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dracol is trying desperately to land a takedown but Quin is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Dracol.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Quin misses with an attempted mid kick.
Quin lands the left hand.
Quin lands with a nice combination. Dracol backs away looking to recover.

Quin stalks Dracol and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dracol's face. Dracol staggers backwards, shaken.

Quin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Quin throws a right and a left that Dracol avoids nicely.
Quin lands a two punch combo.

Dracol is rocked!
Quin rushes Dracol with punches - Dracol moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Dracol goes down! Quin follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
