The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Urquhart just misses with a punch to the body.
A good leg kick by Peltier.

Peltier closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Urquhart is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Peltier asserts his dominance and retains side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Urquhart can do anything to dispel that myth.

Urquhart bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

Peltier fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Urquhart to the ground. Peltier is now in Urquhart's guard.

Peltier tries to free his leg and advance position but Urquhart is retaining full guard.

Urquhart throws a right hand that Peltier ducks under and follows up with a left that Peltier also avoids with ease.

Peltier shoots in but Urquhart avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Peltier moves into the clinch.
Urquhart wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Urquhart wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Urquhart breaks from the clinch.
Peltier fails with a takedown attempt.
Feargus Urquhart is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Urquhart goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Roman Peltier has been cut.

Peltier misses with a takedown attempt - Urquhart sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Urquhart looks to land a combination but Peltier avoids it well.

Urquhart lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Peltier at a distance.
Urquhart lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Urquhart avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Peltier fails to land the takedown.
Urquhart scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Urquhart is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Urquhart works the jab nicely.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Urquhart fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Peltier on the side of the head.

Peltier dives in and grabs Urquhart's left leg, looking for a takedown. Urquhart pushes down on Peltier's head and hops out.
Peltier takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Urquhart throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Peltier.
Peltier gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Urquhart.

Urquhart wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Urquhart is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Peltier looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Peltier rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Urquhart moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Peltier takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Peltier loses concentration momentarily and Urquhart pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Peltier crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Urquhart finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
