Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jefferey Gump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Balls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balls fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gump avoids it really well and circles away.
Gump looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Balls changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gump tries to avoid it but Balls manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gump to the ground. Gump escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gump misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Balls's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gump connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Balls scrambles back to his feet.

and Gump counters with a three punch combo that has Balls backing up. Balls nods at Gump to acknowledge the strikes.

Balls looks for a takedown but Gump sprawls well.

Gump tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Balls wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Balls is working for a kimura but Gump is defending it quite comfortably.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Gump stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gump wants it to stay on the feet.

Gump rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Balls moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Balls changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gump tries to avoid it but Balls manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gump to the ground. Gump escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Gump throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Balls on the side of the head.

Balls with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gump to score with a decent uppercut.

Balls shoots in looking for a takedown. Gump tries to sprawl out of it but Balls keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gump manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Gump lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Balls circles away quickly and effectively.

Balls shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Balls was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gump, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
