PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between fu Die (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Carwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, fu Die!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Shane Carwin!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Bart Greer and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Die moves away from the strike by Carwin.
A combination from Die does no damage.
Die moves out of range as Carwin strikes.
Carwin tries to bum rush Die with a series of wild strikes but Die uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Carwin throws a series of punches but Die avoids them all with ease.
Die cracks Carwin with an open hand slap.
Carwin misses with an uppercut. Die saw that one coming.
Carwin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Carwin swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Die counters by clinching up.
Die has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Carwin after a bit of a struggle.
Die really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Die tries to pull guard but Carwin won't allow it.

Die breaks from the clinch.
Die throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Carwin.
A right-left combo lands from Die.
Carwin looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Die showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Carwin.
Carwin feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Dies jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Carwin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Die bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Die misses with the combination.

Oooooh!!! Carwin has knocked Die down with a huge combo! Carwin steps away and waves a wobbly Die back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Die is rocked!

It looks like fu Die has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Carwin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Die is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Carwin misses with a two punch combination.
Carwin walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Die drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Carwin swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Die's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
