Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dragon Slayer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luivel Romero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Romero is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Don Omar - Danza Kuduro ft. Lucenzo. On his way into the cage it seems that Dragon Slayer has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dragon Slayer seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luivel Romero!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romero lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Luivel Romero seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Romero buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Slayer on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Romero. Romero obviously looking to wear him down.
Slayer misses with a looping left.
Romero cracks Slayer with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Romero connects with a nice looking jab.
Slayer shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Slayer scores with the left hand. Romero knows he should have avoided that one.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A swing and a miss from Romero.
We've been hearing reports that Slayer has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Slayer looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

and Romero counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Romero scoring well with a low kick there.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Romero has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Romero lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Romero tries to close the distance and clinch up but Slayer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Romero lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Slayer has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Slayer and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Slayer throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Romero pivots, looking for a leg kick but Slayer is out of range and Romero settles back down.
Slayer throws a push kick but Romero slaps the foot to one side.
Romero misses with a kick to the body.

Romero looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A bone on bone clash there as Slayer blocks the leg kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Romero, as that shot connected.
Romero throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Slayer checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Romero goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Romero keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Slayer is rocked!

Crack! A monster head kick from Romero and Slayer falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Romero!
