Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Taaron Bailey!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, David Hoff and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mckracken has managed to clinch.
Bailey looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Mckracken's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Mckracken lands a decent elbow from side control.
Mckracken misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Bailey is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Mckracken is keen to just control but Bailey is a slippery customer.

Bailey has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mckracken is working away from the top position though.

Bailey is looking for a sweep. Mckracken is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Mckracken tries to stand and escape but Bailey is controlling the position.
Bailey is staying active underneath Mckracken, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mckracken connects with a nice short shot to Bailey's temple.
Mckracken wants to take a breather but Bailey is having none of it.
Bailey is looking to improve his position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Mckracken is looking to advance position but Bailey won't allow it.

Mckracken changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bailey looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Mckracken cracks Bailey with a big right hand but Bailey just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Mckracken looks up at the clock and then as Bailey takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Mckracken smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Mckracken scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Bailey is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Mckracken can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
