And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Buckner scores with a takedown into The Animal's guard.

The Animal has his feet on Buckner's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
The fight stays on the outside here - The Animal looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nice sprawl there from The Animal as Buckner shoots in.
Buckner swats away the attempt to clinch by The Animal.
Buckner looks for a takedown but The Animal sprawls well.
Buckner tries to clinch up.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
The Animal steps into range and cracks Buckner with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Buckner flops backwards and The Animal dives into his guard looking to finish!

Buckner is rocked!

It looks like Vince Buckner has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The Animal won't allow Buckner to sweep him here.
The Animal cracks Buckner with a solid left hand.
The Animal with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Buckner is still in real trouble! Can The Animal finish him?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The Animal trying to control but Buckner is working from the bottom.
Buckner seems to have recovered his senses.
The Animal is in close to Buckner's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The Animal working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Buckner's head.

The cut above Vince Buckner's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The Animal keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Buckner's head.

Vince Buckner's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Vince Buckner's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
