Tsekunov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

It looks like Tsekunov might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Tsekunov gets the takedown into side control.

House takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
House dodges the ground and pound from Tsekunov.

Tsekunov scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at House to see if he's OK.
House tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Tsekunov wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Tsekunov advances to mount.

Tsekunov looking to isolate an arm here. House doesn't see it coming and as Tsekunov extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Tsekunov!
