The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Herman feints and as Santos raises his hands in defense, Herman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Santos is pulling down on Herman's head to control his posture.
Herman wants to stand but Santos is controlling his posture from full guard.
Santos looking for a sweep. Not yet Santos, not yet.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Santos gets caught flat footed, as Herman shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
