Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ghiorghos Papadopoulos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kim Jong Un (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jong Un comes into a darkened arena with his song building. DPRKorean National Anthem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jong Un tries to close the distance and clinch but Papadopoulos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Jong Un closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jong Un lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Jong Un drops back looking for a leg! Papadopoulos is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Papadopoulos manages to kick Jong Un off! Jong Un jumps back into Papadopoulos's guard.

Jong Un trying to control the position from guard on top but Papadopoulos is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Papadopoulos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jong Un on the ground.

Jong Un wants to work for an arm triangle but Papadopoulos is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Papadopoulos is looking for a sweep. Jong Un is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Jong Un is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Papadopoulos is just riding it out for now. Jong Un eventually gives up the hold.

Papadopoulos keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Jong Un's head.

We've been hearing that Papadopoulos has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Papadopoulos gets to his feet and stands over Jong Un, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Jong Un felt that one! Papadopoulos unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Jong Un from any more punishment!
