Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buster Cherry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Honda Toyota (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Toyota's choice of entrance music: Breaking a Sweat by Skrillex & The Doors. The key to victory for Buster Cherry has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Buster Cherry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Honda Toyota!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cherry lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Cherry lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
A slapping body kick lands there for Cherry.
Cherry slaps away a takedown attempt from Toyota, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Cherry darts in and clinches Toyota up against the cage.
Toyota is working for takedown but Cherry is calmly controlling the position for now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Cherry jumps guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Cherry wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Cherry wants to sweep but no luck.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Toyota slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Cherry wants to get back to his feet but Toyota drags him back down.
Toyota has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Cozad MMA Montreal. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Toyota tries to advance to mount but can't.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Cherry is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Toyota tries to advance to mount but Cherry denies him.
Cherry seems a little lost for a moment, as Toyota dominates the positioning.
Cherry is looking to get back to his feet here but Toyota is keeping cool and he's managed to take Cherry's back.
Toyota throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Cherry!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
You can see the frustration on Cherry's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Toyota has managed to slip his arm under Cherry's chin. This could be all over... yep, Cherry is tapping out! Submission win for Toyota.

Honda Toyota was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
