Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Woody May (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borgen Stein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). May comes into the arena with Watch you Bleed by FFDP blaring out of the sound system. Stein has chosen Shut 'em Down as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stein throws out a loose jab but May uses good head movement to avoid it.
Stein moves into range and connects with a jab.

May tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stein was well out of range. Poor timing from May.
May tries to clinch there but Stein circles away.

Stein throws a nice looking combination but May bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
May ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stein moves away.

May gets caught napping as Stein dives in and scores a takedown. May manages to retain guard.

May is looking for a sweep. Stein is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stein tries to pass the half guard into mount. May knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Stein in particular looking to stall.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
May is looking for a sweep. Stein is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
