Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Namnie Osamowa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raphael Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Osamowa has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Raphael Davis!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Jorge Garcia and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Osamowa looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Osamowa has hold of Davis's hands but Davis slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Davis looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Osamowa has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Davis decides to stand up.
Davis moves into the clinch.
Davis gets control of Osamowa's arms and successfully pulls guard. Davis will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Osamowa has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Davis lands a good elbow from the bottom.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Davis bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Osamowa's guard.
Davis drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Davis as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Osamowa screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Davis! Nice submission victory there!
