Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Titus Atta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Columbo Gatti and Dean Styles.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escobar throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Titus Atta has been cut.
Escobar throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Escobar pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Atta takes the fight into the clinch.
Escobar gets underhooks to prevent Atta's takedown attempt.

Atta has Escobar pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Atta pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Escobar tumbling to the mat - Atta dives into Escobar's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Atta prevents Escobar from getting back to his feet.
Escobar is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Escobar wants to get back to his feet but Atta passes into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Atta lands with a punch from half guard.
Atta looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Escobar wants to get back to his feet.

Atta is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Escobar defends it well.
Escobar is trying to stand up here but Atta is controlling him well.
Atta passes to side control.
Escobar is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Atta is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Escobar looks calm but he's in trouble here. Atta gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Escobar is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Atta lets go of the hold and Escobar can pop his arm back in it's socket.
