Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Orlando Henry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Stabber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Orlando Henry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steve Stabber!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stabber rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Henry moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Stabber misses with a jab, cross combination.
Some wild striking there from Stabber.
Stabber misses with a series of wild punches.

Stabber instigates a clinch.
Henry can't break the clinch.
Stabber jumps guard but Henry turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Stabber has eaten all the pies!
Henry tries for a takedown. No joy.

Stabber pulls guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Henry wants to stand but Stabber has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Henry stands up from Stabber's guard - Henry perhaps looking for a knockout.
Stabber looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Stabber fails with the takedown

and Henry counters with a takedown into side control.
Henry tries to stand but Stabber is controlling his head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Stabber can't do much from the bottom here.
Henry knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stabber on the ground.
Stabber tries to bench press Henry off him but Henry keeps the position.
Stabber sneaks back into half guard.
Stabber is controlling Henry's trapped leg to prevent Henry from advancing to side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stabber wants to get back to his feet.
Henry wants to stand up but Stabber manages to regain full guard.
Henry tries to stand but Stabber is controlling from the bottom.

Henry got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stabber has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Henry has managed to get both his arms back between Stabber's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Stabber is trying to keep Henry in close.

Stabber looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Henry is defending well. Stabber quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Henry has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Stabber celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Steve Stabber!
