Givens throws a lazy head kick
and Fantoni counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Patrick Givens has been cut.
We've been informed that Fantoni has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Givens looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Fantoni bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Givens looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Fantoni sizes up Givens with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Fantoni lands a big uppercut and Givens crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Givens looks OK. Fantoni waves Givens back to his feet!

Givens is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Fantoni doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Givens crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Givens's bad books for that mishap!
