The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suksi throws a hook but Mini blocks it.

Mini drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Suksi manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Suksi working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Suksi's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Suksi maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Mini could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Suksi has cracked it and Mini is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Suksi!
