Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Matt Ghandi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saddam Hussain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hussain has chosen Dabke Huwara as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Matt Ghandi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Saddam Hussain's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hussain misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hussain tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ghandi shoots in for a double leg but Hussain sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Hussain lands a jab to Ghandi's midsection.

Ghandi shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ghandi was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Hussain keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Ghandi is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Hussain has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ghandi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Hussain knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Hussain kicks off Ghandi and gets to his feet.
Hussain throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ghandi.
Hussain scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Ghandi shoots in but no luck this time.

It looks like Matt Ghandi has been cut.
Hussain lands a lovely overhand right.

Ghandi is rocked!

Ghandi fails with a takedown attempt.
Oh Ghandi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Ghandi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hussain steps into range and cracks Ghandi with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Ghandi flops backwards and Hussain dives into his guard looking to finish!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hussain would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Ghandi seems to have got his legs back now.

Hussain drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Hussain as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Ghandi screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Hussain! Nice submission victory there!
