The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Waller gets caught napping as Ber dives in and scores a takedown. Waller manages to retain guard.
Waller not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Waller escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ber gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Ber showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Ber advances to half guard.
Ber takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Waller is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ber pulls his head out easily.
Ber is keen to just control but Waller is a slippery customer.
Waller could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Ber working over Waller with some ground and pound. Waller looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Ber is taking a breather. Waller says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Waller knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ber on the ground.

Ber looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Waller tries to get to full guard but Ber has control of the leg.

Ber wants to stand up but Waller has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Ber is trying to control. Waller wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Waller has hold of Ber's hands but Ber slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Waller won't allow Ber to pass to mount.
Ber wants to stand up but Waller has a hold of him and won't allow it.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ber trying to mount his opponent but Waller defends it.
Waller is trying to get back to full guard.

Ber's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Dor Ber.

Waller is trying to control but Ber passes into side control!
Ber gets to mount! Waller was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Ber moves to back control.

Ber is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Waller won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Ber off his unconscious opponent!
