Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Twyin Leoex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Tate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Twyin Leoex!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sean Tate!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and Winston Alpacca.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tate misses with a double jab.
Tate scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Tate swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Leoex doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tate counters with a nice uppercut.
Tate throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Leoex takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Leoex steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tate.
Tate misses with a looping left.

Tate closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Leoex tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tate smiles and moves away.

Leoex closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Tate's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Tate is pulling down on Leoex's head to control his posture.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tate tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Leoex thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Tate keeping moving, preventing Leoex from controlling successfully.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Leoex stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tate swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tate really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Leoex. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Sean Tate wasn't active enough on the ground.
Tate throws a shot to the body.
Tate misses the shot to the body.
Leoex looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

and Tate counters with a series of strikes that sends Leoex to the canvas! Tate follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!

Leoex is rocked!

Tate is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Sean Tate.
Tate misses with a two punch combination.
Tate misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Tate drives through and clinches with Leoex against the cage.
Tate presses Leoex against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Leoex jumps guard but Tate stands there with Leoex around his waist. Leoex gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Tate.
Tate just leaning against Leoex, taking a breather.

A short uppercut from Tate.
Tate will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Leoex up against the cage.
Tate is leaning against Leoex and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Tate.
Leoex is trying to pull guard but Tate has him pressed against the cage.
Tate presses Leoex against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Tate scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Tate.
Tate lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sean Tate dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Leoex shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tate counters with a left to the body.
Tate misses with a straight right.
Leoex is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Tate doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Leoex crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Leoex's bad books for that mishap!
