Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Win Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Oak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Win Palmer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sam Oak!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oak scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Oak swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Oak shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Oak was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Palmer is looking to get to half guard.
Oak pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Palmer tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Palmer is desperately trying to improve his position but Oak has a good base and remains in mount.

Oak tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Palmer.
Palmer moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Oak must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Oak drops back looking for a leg! Palmer is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Palmer manages to kick Oak off! Oak jumps back into Palmer's guard.

Palmer had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Oak is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Palmer Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Oak's back instead.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Palmer is hanging on to Oak's back as he tries to escape.
Oak manages to reverse the position and now he's in Palmer's guard. Nice work there by Oak.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Oak is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Oak gets to his feet. Palmer looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Palmer looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Oak is tying to control. Palmer wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Oak thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Palmer's head.

Sam Oak dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Oak cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Oak can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Palmer is looking to escape.

Oak working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Palmer turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Oak off and cradles Palmer's limp body as Oak celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Sam Oak!
