The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrosyian tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Salek tries to clinch but Petrosyian moves out of range.
Petrosyian clinches but Salek breaks the clinch
and Salek counters by moving into the clinch.
Salek looking to slow down the pace here.
Salek lands a knee to the body.
Petrosyian fails to pull guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Rob Salek will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Salek looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Rob Salek is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Salek feints and then cracks Petrosyian's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Petrosyian down.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Salek's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Petrosyian jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Salek is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Salek and Petrosyian has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Petrosyian wants to break free but Salek has control.

Petrosyian has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Salek clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

I think Petrosyian has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
