The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinez ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Arse Biscuits seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Biscuits keeps the fight on the outside.
Biscuits with a poor takedown
and Martinez counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Biscuits swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Biscuits throws a body punch but Martinez moves out of range.

Martinez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Martinez wants to take a breather but Biscuits is having none of it.

Martinez is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Biscuits sees it coming and defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Biscuits fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Martinez manages to avoid it.

Martinez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Biscuits is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Biscuits dives in and grabs Martinez's left leg, looking for a takedown. Martinez pushes down on Biscuits's head and hops out.

Martinez uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Biscuits.
Martinez tries to sprawl but Biscuits drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Martinez throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Biscuits wants to advance to full mount but Martinez doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Martinez looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Biscuits is defending well. Martinez quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Biscuits has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Martinez celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
