Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cory Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Duke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duke takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Duke feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Rua wants to get back to his feet but Duke is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Duke wants to control from the top but Rua keeps moving.
Duke might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rua haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Luke Duke hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
