Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wakka Pakka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pencil Neck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neck is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Welcome to the jungle. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neck moves out of range of the leg kick from Pakka.
Neck shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pakka as he avoids it easily.
Pakka scoring well with a low kick there.
Neck tries to clinch up.
Neck moves out of range as Pakka strikes.
Neck throws a half hearted mid kick.
Good leg kick by Pakka there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Neck fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Pakka sprawls well initially but Neck persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Pakka has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Neck is working away from the top position though.

Neck is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Neck is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Pakka has managed to free his arm - good work.

Neck seems to be working for a kimura but Pakka defends the submission attempt.

Neck thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Pakka's head.
Neck working over Pakka with some ground and pound. Pakka looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
