Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shadow scores with a one two! Chapman had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
A nice inside leg kick there by Chapman. That's going to slow Shadow down.

Chapman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Chapman showed some decent athleticism there.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Chapman tries to pass the half guard into mount. Shadow knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Shadow looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Shadow is staying active underneath Chapman, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Chapman is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Shadow is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Shadow punching from the bottom.
Shadow is refusing to be controlled, as Chapman sits in half guard.
Shadow tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Shadow won't allow Chapman to pass to mount.
Shadow lands a couple of sideways elbows.
Chapman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Shadow keeps working.
Chapman trying to mount his opponent but Shadow defends it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Shadow throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Chapman will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Chapman takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Shadow misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Chapman blocks the strikes from Shadow.

Shadow with the active half guard here but Chapman passes nicely into side control.
Shadow is not content to let Chapman control the position.
Shadow manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Chapman wants to get back to full guard.

Shadow seems to be working for a kimura but Chapman defends the submission attempt.
