Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Piggy Rick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Barnett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mark Barnett is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rick's jab looks to have found its range, popping Barnett under the eye.
Rick lands with a good body shot.

Barnett clinches up against the cage.
Barnett holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Rick tries to break free but Barnett pushes him back against the cage.
Rick doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Rick is trying to break the clinch but Barnett is controlling him.
Barnett blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Barnett gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Rick tries to get to full guard but Barnett has control of the leg.
Barnett with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Barnett is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rick defends it well.

Rick is trying to control but can't.
Ground and pound from Barnett.
Barnett prevents Rick from improving his position.
Barnett lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Barnett uses his free foot to push down on Rick's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Rick.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rick tries to reverse the position but Barnett maintains control.
Barnett controlling his opponent.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Barnett moves to the back position.
Rick tries to escape but Barnett has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Rick knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Barnett on the ground.
Barnett lands strikes to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rick is trying to defend against the choke here but Barnett has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Barnett Tightens the hold and Rick taps out furiously! Barnett displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
