The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee looks to throw a body kick
and Reynolds counters with a one-two to the body.
Reynolds closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Reynolds lands in his opponent's guard.
Reynolds trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Reynolds slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Reynolds loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Lee is looking to stand up but Reynolds isn't so interested in that idea.
Reynolds stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lee swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Reynolds forces his way into half guard.
Reynolds passes to full mount!
Lee is in a horrible position here. Reynolds smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Reynolds cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Lee wants to control but Reynolds is having none of it.
Lee is trying to stand up.
Lee is bucking up trying to escape but Reynolds cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lee really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Reynolds has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Reynolds with a couple of short strikes.
Lee is rocked!
Lee is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Reynolds looking to finish Lee with some ground and pound. This is bad for Lee!
Lee is still in real trouble! Can Reynolds finish him?
Reynolds looking to control but Lee is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Lee seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Reynolds lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Reynolds loads up with a big shot that hurts Lee! He's pulled Reynolds in close but Reynolds has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Lee survive? More strikes from Reynolds and Lee is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
