We've been informed that Mitchell has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Mitchell shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Callahan but Callahan pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Callahan dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mitchell. That did some damage!
Callahan leaves Mitchell with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mitchell seems to have recovered his senses.
Mitchell takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The fighters circle, before Callahan throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Mitchell's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Callahan lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
