Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Karsten Alexandersen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Loki Fenrir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Alexandersen takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Alexandersen walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Fenrir might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Fenrir uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Alexandersen.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Loki Fenrir dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Alexandersen's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Fenrir connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Alexandersen scrambles back to his feet.
