Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between David Judah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thompson has chosen Here comes the boom as his entrance music. John Thompson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, John Thompson!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Winston Alpacca and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson tries to clinch there but Judah circles away.
Judah throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Thompson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Thompson misses with a takedown attempt - Judah sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Thompson darts in looking for a takedown but Judah gets double underhooks and turns Thompson into the cage.
Thompson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
David Judah has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Thompson.

Judah wants the takedown. Thompson is fighting it off but Judah persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Thompson's guard against the cage.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Thompson can't keep his opponent in guard - Judah advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Judah is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Thompson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Judah.

Thompson is defending against the submission attempts here by Judah.
Thompson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Judah is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Judah is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Thompson is looking for a sweep. Judah is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Judah frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Judah looking to control but Thompson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Judah is working for a guillotine from mount but Thompson frees his head quite easily.
Thompson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Judah throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Thompson has his hands clasped together but Judah breaks the hold and Thompson is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Judah!
