Lamas has chosen Run This Town as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ricardo Lamas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior has his takedown stuffed

and Lamas counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

A frustrated look appears on Junior's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Junior is trying to pull guard but Lamas turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Lamas has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Junior regains guard immediately.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Lamas passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Junior seems a little lost for a moment, as Lamas dominates the positioning.
Junior is looking to reverse the position.
Junior is working to avoid the ground and pound but Lamas connects with a decent elbow.
Junior tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Lamas is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Junior is trying to escape and Lamas transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Junior is forced to tap! Nice work there by Lamas! Very nice indeed!
