Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shane Hennings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Enbron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shane Hennings has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shane Hennings!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eric Enbron!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hennings fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Enbron, pushing him back against the ropes.

Hennings jumps into guard, dragging Enbron to the mat.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Hennings working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Enbron.
Enbron won't allow Hennings to get back to his feet.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hennings holds on and takes a little breather.
Enbron stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hennings swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Enbron throwing strikes but missing.
Hennings wants to sweep but no luck.
Enbron working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Hennings wants to sweep here but Enbron controlling him for the moment.
Hennings is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Enbron is controlling him.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Enbron not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Hennings closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Enbron to the mat! Enbron manages to get full guard.
Hennings wanted to stand there but Enbron had control of the position.
Enbron wants to sweep here but Hennings controlling him for the moment.
Enbron keeping moving, preventing Hennings from controlling successfully.
Enbron lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hennings!
Hennings trying desperately to get to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Enbron throws some wild stikes that Hennings manages to avoid easily.
Enbron trying to control but Hennings is having none of it.
Enbron fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Enbron throws a sloppy strike and Hennings uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Hennings has ended up in Enbron's guard.

Enbron looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hennings sitting in guard here, content to control.

Enbron working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hennings doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Enbron is tightening it up a little... Hennings has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Hennings reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Hennings taps out! Nice BJJ there by Enbron!
