The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Theo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Isback tries to avoid it but Theo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Isback to the ground. Isback escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Isback's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Isback wants the takedown. Theo is fighting it off but Isback persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Theo's guard against the cage.

Isback gets to his feet - Theo follows without any prompting.
Isback tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Theo paws at him with a jab and circles away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Isback.
Theo moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Isback tries to score a power double leg takedown but Theo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Isback somewhat.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Theo feints a jab promting Isback to slip. Theo then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Isback slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Theo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Isback is fending him off so far but Theo persists. Nope, Isback circles away and we're back to standing.

Isback tries to land a front kick but Theo steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Isback tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Isback feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Theo is looking to sweep but instead, Isback has passed into half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Isback is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Theo's shoulder. That is not cool.
Isback wants to control but Theo is keeping him busy.

Theo is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Isback has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Theo has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Isback is not going to allow Theo to sit and survive in this position.
Isback tries to get the hooks in deep but Theo pushed the leg off.
Theo is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Isback is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Theo with him. Theo is trying to defend but Isback has an arm under the chin now! Theo grimaces and is forced to tap out!
