The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salome throws a sloppy head kick and Watson moves out of range easily.
Watson lands a nice looking body shot.
Salome throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Salome lands a head kick. Watson smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Watson drops Salome with a big left hand and mounts him. Salome is in big trouble!

It looks like Kevin Salome has been cut.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Salome is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Salome is still in real trouble! Can Watson finish him?
Watson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Salome has left one of his arms exposed and Watson doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Salome screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
