PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Schelokov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Mackintosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schelokov comes to the cage accompanied by Sirens . The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schelokov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Schelokov looks to land a right hand but Mackintosh moved out of range.

Mackintosh gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Mackintosh is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Schelokov can't fight it off and eventually Mackintosh manages to take the fight to the floor. Schelokov looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Mackintosh wants to control from the top but Schelokov keeps moving.

Mackintosh has gone for a leg lock! Schelokov slips out almost immediately though and dives into Mackintosh's guard.
Schelokov throws a big right hand that misses.
Mackintosh bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Schelokov's guard.
Mackintosh passes Schelokov's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Schelokov wants to get back to his feet.

Mackintosh is pressing down on Schelokov's thigh, looking to free his foot. Schelokov is holding on for now.
My spies in London MMA Fight Academy inform me that Mackintosh has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Schelokov looks like he's trying to stand up.
Mackintosh looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Mackintosh wants to lay and pray for a moment but Schelokov keeps working.

Mackintosh is trying to control. Schelokov wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
