Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Reed Andrews and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Junior closes the distance but Santos moves to the side
and Santos counters with a thumping low kick.
Junior tries to close the distance and clinch up but Santos swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Santos finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Santos darts in and clinches Junior up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Junior has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Santos avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Junior is breathing heavily.
Junior jumps guard but Santos stands there with Junior around his waist. Junior gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Junior has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Santos is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gustavo Junior. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Santos arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Junior's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
