The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vernon avoids the head kick by Kins.
Vernon wants to clinch.

Kins throws a sloppy head kick and Vernon moves out of range easily.
Vernon throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kins tries a head kick but it misses.

Kins tries to roll over but Vernon keeps him under control.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Vernon in particular looking to stall.
Vernon's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Vernon has an Americana. Kins didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Vernon is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Vernon hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
