The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jordan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ruke defends well and Jordan ends up having to push Ruke into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jordan is looking to take this one to the mat.

Ruke is trying to trip Jordan. He has hold of a leg but Jordan is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ruke persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Ruke is working Jordan over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Jordan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ruke doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ruke manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
