Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karl Dusch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milo Douglas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dusch lands with an overhand left.
A left lands for Dusch.
Douglas looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dusch is fending him off so far but Douglas persists. Nope, Dusch circles away and we're back to standing.

Dusch closes the distance and clinches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dusch gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Douglas.
Dusch is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Karl Dusch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Milo Douglas.
Dusch is trying to break the clinch but Douglas has him pressed against the cage.
Douglas is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Dusch is defending well for now.
Douglas wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Dusch lands an elbow inside that Douglas shrugs off.
Dusch is looking to break free of the clinch but Douglas has double underhooks.

Dusch breaks the clinch.
Dusch tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Douglas manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Dusch misses with a double jab

and Douglas counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dusch won't be happy with that.
Douglas looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Dusch is avoiding damage well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Douglas tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Dusch wants to get back to his feet but Douglas drags him back down.
Dusch is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at ELITE GYM 40CAP that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dusch parries the strikes from Douglas easily there. Douglas is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Dusch to escape.

Dusch is trying to get back to his feet.
Douglas lands a decent elbow from side control.
Douglas connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Dusch some visible discomfort.
Douglas prevents Dusch from escaping the position.
Douglas grinds an elbow into Dusch's temple.

Douglas is working to tighten his grip on Dusch's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Dusch has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Douglas is really squeezing tight and eventually Dusch passes out! Douglas breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
