The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancer throws a leg kick but Strahovski moved away.
Lancer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Lancer throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lancer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Strahovski stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Lancer scores with a takedown into Strahovski's guard.
Strahovski is controlling Lancer's posture.

Strahovski looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Strahovski is pulling down on Lancer's head to control his posture.
Lancer has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Strahovski has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Lancer should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Strahovski has tightened it up now! Lancer should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
