Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sigurd Arnulfsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junji Kodama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arnulfsson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kodama was well out of range. Poor timing from Arnulfsson.
Kodama's coach down at Basics -LOD- was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kodama's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Kodama has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Arnulfsson uses from the top position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
