The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsvetkov throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Tsvetkov looks to land a left hand but Machida moved out of range nicely.
Machida tries to move into range but Tsvetkov moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Tsvetkov connects with the punch.
Machida definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Tsvetkov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Oooooh!!! Tsvetkov has knocked Machida down with a huge combo! Tsvetkov steps away and waves a wobbly Machida back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Tsvetkov fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Machida looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Machida seems to have got his legs back now.

Tsvetkov lands a big uppercut and Machida crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Machida looks OK. Tsvetkov waves Machida back to his feet!

Tsvetkov scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Tsvetkov connects with a superb combination that knocks Machida out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Tsvetkov before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Machida!
