Ballantine decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Ballantine shoots for a double leg takedown but McGulloch sprawls well. He's pushed Ballantine's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
McGulloch throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ballantine lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

McGulloch cracks Ballantine with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. McGulloch has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ballantine to stand back up!

Ballantine is rocked!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Ballantine tries a low kick but McGulloch avoids it.
Ballantine is still on wobbly legs! Can McGulloch finish him?
Ballantine switches off momentarily and McGulloch cracks him with a monster right hand! Ballantine topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as McGulloch dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by McGulloch!
