Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Will Sawyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tetsuo Miyagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Will Sawyer has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tetsuo Miyagi!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Miyagi fails with a takedown attempt.
Miyagi fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Miyagi blocks a head kick by Sawyer.
Miyagi shoots and misses
and Sawyer counters with a left to the body.
Will Sawyer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tetsuo Miyagi.

Sawyer clinches with his opponent.

Sawyer tries for a takedown but Miyagi manages to get underhooks.
Miyagi keeps control of Sawyer as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Sawyer is working for takedown but Miyagi is calmly controlling the position for now.
Sawyer stops a takedown attempt from Miyagi.
Miyagi can't get the takedown.
Sawyer fails to pull guard.
Miyagi is trying to pull guard but Sawyer turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Miyagi is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Sawyer is keeping busy.
Sawyer tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Miyagi smiles and moves away.
Sawyer tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Miyagi manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Miyagi takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Horrible takedown by Miyagi or perhaps it was just good defense by Sawyer which made him look bad.
Sawyer wants to clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sawyer shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Miyagi as he avoids it easily.

Miyagi is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Sawyer's half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Sawyer is trying to maintain the position but Miyagi is very close to passing his half guard.

Miyagi wants to work for an arm triangle but Sawyer is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Sawyer flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tetsuo Miyagi dominated that round.
That's time! Sawyer's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Sawyer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Miyagi but Miyagi pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Will Sawyer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Miyagi fails with a takedown attempt.

Miyagi shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sawyer's guard.

Sawyer is rocked!

Miyagi drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Miyagi seems to have locked his on tight now - Sawyer screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Miyagi, as he picks up the win!
