Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ben Reyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Helix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reyes comes into the arena with Lupang Hinirang blaring out of the sound system. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ben Reyes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brandon Helix!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Helix closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Helix scoring with punches and elbows.
Helix lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Reyes takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Reyes is trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Reyes manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Helix with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Helix slips a nice elbow through Reyes's hands, connecting with Reyes's forehead.
Helix looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Reyes with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Helix takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Reyes has hold of Helix's hands but Helix slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Helix is nestled in close to Reyes, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Reyes gets back to full guard.
Helix stands and throws Reyes's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Reyes is breathing heavily.
Helix landing a few strikes.

Helix is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Reyes looks calm but he's in trouble here. Helix gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Reyes is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Helix lets go of the hold and Reyes can pop his arm back in it's socket.
